One-to-one PT sessions (Pending Location)

£30 per session/Per Hour – Train smart, Train strong, Train with Confidence! 

 

Face to Face sessions, depending on your goals & Location, are typically tailored around:

- Weight training & Nutrition 

- kettlebells &functional fitness

- Combat mobility & injury prevention

- Plyometric & Bodyweight based routines, these are not as easy as you think!
